The JisuLife Life7 is a fan you can hold, stand on a table or hang around your neck. It’s the biggest of the four JisuLife fans we’ve tested, with a 12-blade fan and a digital display. We used it at Finchley Campground in Yengo National Park over summer, where it was great for cooling down while sitting in the shade. It also helped keep the flies away, which was really handy.

What You’re Getting
A handheld fan with a 12-blade fan and a brushless motor, five speeds and a 5,000 mAh rechargeable battery. A digital display in the middle of the fan shows the speed and the battery left. The handle folds 150°, so the fan also stands on a table, and a lanyard lets you wear it around your neck. It comes with a USB-C charging cable. We paid $45.

Weight
The Life7 weighs 239 g on our scale, with its 5,000 mAh battery inside. That’s heavier than the Life2 (103 g) and the Life8 Plus (178 g), but it runs for up to 19.5 hours on speed 1.

Display and speeds
The display in the centre of the fan shows the wind speed and how much battery is left, so you know when it’s time to charge. Five speeds let you go from a soft breeze to full power, and up to 19.5 hours on the lowest.

In the rooftop tent
The handle folds into a stand for a table, and it’s slim enough to tuck into the ceiling pocket of our rooftop tent, aimed down at the mattress, and it’s easy to run in there. The Table Fan Life3 is the one we keep in the tent as standard, but the Life7 works just as well up there.

JisuLife fans compared
We’ve reviewed four JisuLife fans: the Life7, the slim Life2, the pocket-sized Life8 Plus with a power bank and torch, and the Table Fan Life3. The Life7 has the most speeds and the biggest battery.

Conclusion: JisuLife Handheld Fan Life7Conclusion
The JisuLife Life7 is a 3-in-1 fan you can hold, stand on a table or hang around your neck. It has a 12-blade brushless fan with five speeds, a display for the speed and battery, and a 5,000 mAh battery that lasts up to 19.5 hours. At Finchley Campground over summer it was great for cooling down in the shade, and it helped keep the flies away. The folding hinge makes it bulkier than slim pocket fans, and it isn’t as strong as a heavy-duty turbo fan. At $45 it suits car campers, rooftop tent campers and travellers who want one fan for everything.
