The JisuLife Life8 Plus is three things in one: a handheld fan, a power bank and a torch. The blades fold into a 13 cm capsule that slips into a pocket, and it weighs 178 g on our scale. We used it at Finchley Campground in Yengo National Park over summer, where it was great for cooling down while sitting in the shade. It also helped keep the flies away, which was really handy.

What You’re Getting
A capsule-shaped handheld fan with two soft blades that fold out of the body, three speeds and a 4,500 mAh battery. A USB output turns it into a power bank for a phone, and there’s a torch in the end. A wrist lanyard and a charging cable come with it. We paid $27.

Fan and blades
The two blades fold out of the capsule and fold back in when you’re done, so nothing snags in a pocket or bag. They’re soft enough to touch while spinning. Three speeds run from up to 40 hours on the lowest to around 13 hours on the highest.

Power bank and torch
With 4,500 mAh inside and a 5V/1A USB output, it can top up a phone in a pinch. Long press the power button while the fan is off and the torch in the end comes on. Just keep in mind that charging a phone or running the torch uses the same battery the fan runs on.

Conclusion: JisuLife Handheld Fan Life8 PlusConclusion
The JisuLife Life8 Plus packs a handheld fan, a 4,500 mAh power bank and a torch into a 178 g capsule, with blades that fold away and up to 40 hours on the lowest speed. At Finchley Campground over summer it was great for cooling down in the shade, and it helped keep the flies away. Its two blades give a more modest breeze than a turbo fan, and using the power bank or torch takes from the fan’s run time. At $27 it suits hikers, travellers and anyone building an emergency kit who wants one small gadget that does three jobs.

Yes. I paid $27 for a fan that's also a power bank and a torch, and it kept us cool in the shade over summer.
