Titanium cookware has one big attraction at camp: you can put it straight over the fire and not worry about it. The Boundless Voyage set is a 1,000 ml pot with a 500 ml pan, both in titanium, where the pan doubles as the lid of the pot.
We paid $51 for it. It’s a good set: it takes up some space, because it’s pretty tall, but it’s very sturdy and indestructible.

What You’re Getting
Two pieces of titanium cookware: a tall 1,000 ml pot and a shallow 500 ml pan, each with a folding wire handle. The pan sits upside down on top of the pot as a lid, and the set comes with a drawstring bag.

Build quality
This is the set’s strong point: it’s very sturdy and feels indestructible. Titanium doesn’t rust, and it leaves no metallic taste in food or water. There’s no coating to scratch off and nothing to break, so it’s the kind of cookware you buy once.
At 280 g for both pieces it’s also light for how tough it is.

Size and packing
The pot is tall and narrow, and with the pan on top as a lid the set stands higher again. That’s the one drawback: it takes up some space, and it’s the height that does it. It won’t lie flat in a drawer the way a wide, shallow pot does, so it’s worth checking where it will go before you buy.
You can use the space inside the pot, though, for a small gas canister, a lighter or tea and coffee. If the height is a problem, the set also comes in a smaller 750 ml + 300 ml version.
Cooking with it
We’ve used the set on a grill over the fire pit. The pan does the food: noodle soup in our case, and it’s big enough to eat from, so it doubles as a bowl. The pot boils the water, and a litre is enough for a meal and a hot drink for two.
Both handles fold out to hold and fold flat against the side for packing. The pan pours well enough to tip soup straight into a mug.
Two things to know. The walls are only 0.4 mm thick, so the set heats up fast, and it isn’t non-stick. Add water or oil before you cook, and keep an eye on it, or food will catch on the bottom.

Yes. $51 buys a titanium pot and pan that won’t rust, dent easily or wear out. If the height is a problem, the smaller 750 + 300 ml version costs a little less.
